Fleming Construction Company, Inc. began operation in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana fifty years ago in October 1954. It has been in continuous existence since that time. We are a specialized construction company with 99 full time employees. We have completed projects ranging from $300.00 to $4,000,000.00 with a bonding capacity of over ten million dollars.

A fact that we are extremely proud of is our contractor's license number 935. Fleming Construction Company, Inc. was the nine hundred thirty-fifth construction company to be awarded its contractor's license in the state of Louisiana . This number now reaches over 40,000.

Although we began with asphalt paving, we now do virtually all types of construction – concrete paving, underground utilities, including water lines, sewer lines, drain structures and site work. In the past, we have worked for nearly all of the municipalities in this area: State of Louisiana Highway Department, United States Corps of Engineers, the City of New Orleans Street Department & Sewerage and Water Board, Cities of Kenner, Louisiana, Slidell , Louisiana and Jefferson Parish Roads and Bridges.
